The Phi Kappa Psi chapter at Oregon is piloting a mentoring program that sets us apart on campus and may serve as a model for others in the nation. When a student joins our chapter, he is assigned an alumni mentor, participates monthly sessions to learn about careers from successful alumni, and can get connected to alumni in his field of interest. We complement what the university has to offer, but take a very pro-active approach to preparing students early for post-graduation success.
